Super Smash Bros. (Nintendo 64)
If you want to unlock Captain Falcon in the original Super Smash Bros. all you have to do is simply beat the game on any difficulty setting with any character in under 20 minutes. Note you can effectively skip the mini-stages by jumping into a pit, as these won't count against your lives or your continues, but will eat into your 20 minutes of time if you let them. Then you have to defeat Captain Falcon.
Super Smash Bros. Melee (Nintendo GameCube)
Captain Falcon is part of the default lineup in this game and does not need to be unlocked.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Nintendo Wii)
There are two ways to unlock Captain Falcon in Brawl. The first is to beat Classic mode in under 12 minutes. The other way is to play 70 Versus matches. Either way, you will then have to defeat Captain Falcon in the challenge that follows.
- To unlock things at a faster pace, you can set Vs mode to 1 life and just run off the edge until you rack up enough matches played.
- If you don't win the challenge, you will get another chance after your next match up.
Captain Falcon moves
CF has some great moves going for him, and he wants to show them to you. Aside from moves, he also has some of the most well known sound bites across the Internet. Captain Falcon is known for his speed and being good in the air.
One of the most powerful moves in all of the Smash Bros. games, this has the highest knockback of any of Captain Falcon's attacks.
This is the captain's Up Special Move. Despite the misleading name, he actually leaps into the air with his fist at the ready and glowing. On a successful connection with an opponent, Falcon shouts "Yes!" and the attack can be used again.
